You'll get to work directly with market-leading experts, tapping into the expertise of more than 170 Partners and 1,700 staff Australia-wide, while taking on greater responsibility at a junior level, interacting directly with clients and working on the highest profile matters in town.
You'll report to Partner Greg Midgley who heads up our commercial practice in Darwin and works closely with two Senior Associates across a diverse range of front-end matters. Greg and his team assist clients with some of the Territory's highest profile projects and commercial matters.
What you'll do:
Dive into diverse commercial matters across general commercial, property transactions and major project work.
Engage with clients across various industries, being supported to grow your local profile.
Showcase your commercial experience and develop your drafting and transactional skills.
Collaborate with a close-knit Darwin team, and work closely with CU's industry-leading teams nationally.
What you'll bring:
2-4 years post qualification experience from a reputable front-end practice.
Familiarity with property law transactions and PEXA (desired).
A conscientious approach and strong academic results.
A passion for delivering exceptional client service and building effective relationships.
