The Lead Services Operation Support Specialist is part of APAC Services Operation organization, mainly covering Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting preparation, planning, execution, and close out of planned, emergent, and upgrade outages. The support requirements will encompass coordination among internal and external outage resources, meeting various administrative and logistical outage requirements, as well as tracking and analysis of costs and schedules.

**Who You Are:**
You have solid experience in managing various requirements to support outage planning, execution and close outs, in Australia and New Zealand.
**Your Role:**
+ Collaborate with Customer Service Leader (CSL), Customer Fulfilment Manager (CFM) and Outage Manager (OM), to provide support in planning, execution and closing out of outages
+ Work with OM to meet expectations on job assignments, certifications, training, PPE, tooling requirements and other tasks as needed
+ Work together with Sourcing to procure all necessary materials and supplies to support outages
+ Coordinate with Sourcing and CFM to verify, manage, and approve all vendor invoices
+ Work with the Immigration team to ensure appropriate international travel documents such as passports and Visas are obtained as needed
+ Drive sourcing to work with local, approved businesses to reduce cost and maximize flexibility during high outage season
+ Coordinate logistics for outage personnel, including hotel and car reservations and meals
+ Tracking of outage cost on daily basis and recommend budget improvements to stay in line with project costs
+ Ensure all outage project hours, purchase orders, receipts and invoices are correctly allocated to accounting system and reconciled to site data as part of close out process
+ Assist other outage close out activities as required
+ Maintain historical data from outages and provide benchmarking and contribute for improvement to operation team as needed
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience5+ years of demonstrated Project Coordination experience in Power or Oil & Gas Projects
+ Strong project planning and organizational skills
+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point)
+ Invoice Tracking/Management (processing, record keeping, auditing)
+ Excellent communication and reporting skills
+ Ability to complete multiple projects within time constraints
+ Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment (being remote-managed, and capable of remote managing indirect reports
**Additional Qualifications:**
+ Additional language(s) spoken is a plus
+ Familiarity with ANZ vendor landscape related to power plant outages
