A fabulous opportunity now exists for an ambitious Construction/Engineering professional to lead the cities Civil Infrastructure business unit as Manager Coastal Works.
The Role
As the Manager Coastal Works, reporting directly to the Director City Infrastructure, you will be leading a dedicated and talented team of civil and infrastructure professionals to ensure the continuing high performance of the City’s civil infrastructure construction Business Unit.
A significant differentiator of this particular role – and an indication of the innovative approach adopted by the City of Coffs Harbour (City) – is that in addition to the management and leadership of the Coastal Works Business Unit within the City, you will additionally be leading the delivery of quality civil asset construction projects for external customers.

This is a truly unique opportunity within the local government sector in a unique coastal location.
As such we are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional leadership abilities who is focused upon delivering quality outcomes for the community. Key to your success will be your drive and passion around building cultures you are proud of and building long term relationships with external stakeholders.
It is expected that as a minimum you will hold a degree in Engineering, Construction or similar and have demonstrable experience in the Engineering / Construction /Project Management sectors.
