What’s the role?
A 9 month contract where you will be reporting into the Servicing and Retention Manager as a Marketing Executive. You will support the planning and implementation of customer value management and migration programs across News Corp Australia's National, Metro and Regional mastheads.
You will be a part of the dynamic and fast moving Consumer Subscriptions team that connect with subscribers on a daily basis and where together, we inform, advocate and inspire all Australians.
Your responsibilities will include:
Work with complex data sets to deliver and maintain retention strategies
Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to analyse and build insights from complex data sets
Support building and monitoring campaign tracking, reporting and analysis to monitor campaign performance and customer response
Use data and insights to optimise processes and find efficiency gains
Seek ways to improve the customer journey and lead enhancement projects where necessary, with increasing emphasis on digital experience
Develop subscriber retention programs from strategy through to implementation which support business goals
Working with key stakeholders to build programmes, maintain and add enhancements to improve customer experience
Coordinate audience targeting and segmentation strategies for sharp and effective digital campaigns
Who are you?
Relevant experience in a similar marketing position
You will ideally have previous experience in loyalty marketing, media, creative agency, financial services or FMCG marketing role
Experience managing and using customer data, including building email marketing campaigns and interpreting complex data sets
Experience using Google enterprise products and Adobe
Excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven ability to collaborate, evaluate and challenge recommendations
Proven ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner
Proven project management skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate with others
Strong attention to detail
Proven ability to manage competing priorities
Interest in the news, current affairs and the media industry
The ideal candidate will be confident in collaborating with stakeholders including engagement, operations, data insights, creative agencies, customer support and editorial.
