To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in operations within a 3PL/ 4PL environment (Airplane catering experience highly regarded)
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise operations to achieve time critical milestones
- An ability to develop strategic partnerships across stakeholders
- Clear communication, influencing, leadership and relationship building skills with an ability to partner with the business to drive key outcomes
- Superior end to end knowledge of Supply Chain Operations with a strong background in labour planning, cost management and improvement opportunities
- Proven experience providing strategic direction and leadership
