Your role will be to work with the Mental Health Service to enhance the cultural sensitivity and accessibility of the service for Aboriginal people and to improve the capacity of service providers to provide culturally sensitive and appropriate responses to the Aboriginal population. Within this position you will prioritise workload in order to maintain accountability and optimise positive outcomes for consumers and their families and show the ability to maximise use of limited service resources and negotiate access to resources in the community and other services by managing competing demands in a busy workload within a complex health care environment.
