About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our Operations team located at our Middlemount Village located in the Bowen Basin, approximately three hours inland from Mackay, QLD.
The role supervises the work of the Facilities Attendants, deputising for the Facilities Manager in their absence in those Villages that have a dedicated Facilities Manager. The Facilities team are responsible for providing high quality and well-maintained accommodation/facilities to customers and clients of Civeo, including non-technical maintenance, landscape and grounds maintenance and disposal of waste.
Full-Time, Permanent Positions Available.
Full-time positions consist of on-going rotating rosters (5-2 or 14-7 options – may vary per village).

To be successful, you will have:
Current Forklift Licence 2 years demonstrated relevant work experience in a maintenance or trades assistant role, preferably in the hospitality industry Minimum 6 months experience supervising a team. Knowledge of equipment and materials routinely used in Facilities Operations (. ride on and push mowers, whipper snipper, blower, high pressure hose, small parts). Experience in high volume, fast paced work environments Capability to work well under pressure Flexibility to work, day and/or night shifts if required for your role Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screening A National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain Documentation to prove working rights within Australia Exceptional communication skills Remote work experience (highly regarded) Class C, Manual Driver’s Licence (highly regarded) About Us
