Marketplace
Marketplace is fundamentally responsible for leading, managing and inspiring the investment team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices.
Please note this is afixed-term maternity leave contract role.
Responsibilities
Engage with our media partners to retain rich knowledge of the media landscape and a deep understanding of core media principles and the capabilities of each media touchpoint.
Engage with internal product teams including GroupM proprietary product and service teams to ensure you have an understanding about their offerings and relevance to our clients.
Confident in your knowledge of media planning principles (e.g. scheduling, flighting, recency, effective reach theories, seasonality, market prioritization, roles of all communication channels) and strong ability to utilize agency and industry tools to enhance and support planned recommendation.
Able to construct and present robust Implementation plans, that are grounded in strategic priorities.
Brings innovation and creativity to the table, leveraging insights from across the market.
Developing future fit, market leading Investment strategies for your clients, to fuel growth for their business.
Ensure client Investment deliverables are met consistently, across all touchpoints.
Responsible for ensuring all financial and compliance processes are followed with 100% accuracy, including bookings and loadings
Responsible for the overall delivery of client trading KPI’s
Seek to find, communicate and implement improvements in all aspects of the role.
Deliver a well-informed POV in every meeting, providing innovative strategic insights by acting as an expert in your craft.
Establish an understanding of client challenges, objectives & initiatives.
Help build on the agency's reputation for outstanding client service.
Build strong and enduring client relationships at a senior level.
Help to provide innovative strategic insights by acting as an expert on the client's business, industry and competitors
Seek out reformist ways to keep clients informed on relevant developments and changes to media landscape and media partners informed on client priorities and client partnership opportunities.
Clear understanding of the in-scope services of your clients and the process for completing work above and beyond.
Review your team's training needs to make sure their career plans are aligned to their progression. Responsible for training and development of all members of the team.
Responsible for overseeing workflow between all members of the team and escalating any issues.
ExperienceYou will have considerable career experience across major agency and channel related topics, including leveraging deep experience of application to deliver advanced client and brand outcomes.This will be underpinned by 8 - 12 Years experience in Media Agencies or broader Media Industry using SME tools, techniques and processes.
