Detective CashmanDetective Cashman has been with the Parker Police Department since 2005. During her career with the department, she’s been assigned to patrol, where she eventually became a field training officer. She was assigned to the Professional Standards Division for seven years as the community resource officer, public information officer, recruitment officer and emergency management. She’s been a member of the police department’s mentoring and peer support teams and the bike patrol unit for years.
Officer Hennager went to Metropolitan State University of Denver before completing the police academy at Arapahoe Community College. She was hired by the Parker Police Department in 2021 and is currently the Community Resource Officer and Training Coordinator. Officer Hennager is also on the Mounted Patrol Unit.
Officer Holmes was a United States Marine Corps member and deployed to Iraq as a contractor before becoming a police officer. After his Marine Corps service and other deployments, he utilized the GI Bill to attend the police academy at Arapahoe Community College. Officer Holmes joined the Parker Police Department in 2018.

The Town pays for the police academy for sponsored recruits and a salary of $56,160 while in the academy.Additionally, patrol officers work four 10-hour shifts and are offered a defined pension plan throughFire and Police Pension Association of Colorado(FPPA).

Essential QualificationsA currentColorado POSTcertification as a Level 1 Peace Officer is required at the time of hire. An Associate's Degree in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, or related field is preferred, along with a combination of education and experience to provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities. It is also a requirement that each eligible candidate type 25 words per minute.
