What You Will Be Doing The Operational Readiness Clinical Support Manager will contribute to the smooth transition of our people, departments, processes and equipment from the existing Frankston Hospital buildings/ departments to the new acute tower which is scheduled for structural completion at the end of 2025. Key to the success of this role will be model of care development, stakeholder engagement, development of a relocation plan, providing expert advice on equipment and technology, applying innovative thinking to process improvements and resolving roadblocks, and applying project management skills to prioritise work and report progress. What You Need You will be an experienced clinician with leadership experience and an ability to build trusted relationships with multi-disciplinary teams. You will be an excellent communicator and have a hands-on can do mindset. You will possess excellent attention to detail, strong written skills and be comfortable achieving deadlines within a fast paced environment.
