This senior leadership team position is a unique opportunity for an experienced supply chain leader to step up and partner with the GM to manage all operations for the ANZ business. It is a lean team with excellent visibility to APAC and into global projects.The ideal candidate will be eager to support new systems implementation, quality and compliance processes and overarching continuous improvement. The role will work in a collaborative, supportive environment with an empowering leader. It will suit a proactive & highly communicative person who is capable of managing high level, strategic planning and who can be also hands on with the teams. This is an executive leadership level role. It partners with the Service division and works closely with Finance and Commercial teams.Reporting to the GM, your responsibilities will include:Leading Australian Operations including management of a Warehouse Manager, Loan Sets Leader and their teams, plus Supply Chain Associate.Coaching and develop people leaders and their teamsEnsuring alignment with global/local industry compliance programs, ISO9001, APCO and related CSR.Partnering with the Finance Director and GM to maintain local and global reportingLeading change management including ERP updatesOpportunity to develop senior leadership team and above country relationships.The successful candidate will have:Substantial supply chain leadership experience, ideally within surgical devicesExperience managing dynamic teams, including permanent and labour hireConfidence in coaching and developing leaders, preferably as a second line managerStrategic mindset, able to contribute to executive team goals and visionAbility to lead change managementERP update experience preferred; SAP ideal!Supply chain analytics knowledge, Tableau skills advantageousExceptional communication, interpersonal & customer service skillsQualifications in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar preferred.This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing organisation in a thoroughly rewarding Industry!
