In the role of Operations Support Officer, some of your responsibilities will include:• Assessing and processing industry accreditation scheme applications whilst ensuring compliance with legislation, policy, and procedures.• Responding and resolving general customer enquiries via telephone and email.• Accurately entering and maintaining data to complete operational and administrative tasks related to industry accreditation schemes.• Working independently on a specific workflow within specified timeframes.• Supporting and participating in team activities to assist in achieving team objectives and business requirements.Requirements of the role• Builds and sustains relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customerfocused outcomes• Demonstrates accountability for the execution and quality of results through professionalism, persistence and transparency• Pursues opportunities for growth through agile learning, and development of selfawareness• Gathers insights and embraces new ideas and innovation to inform future practiceThis role reports to the Operations Officer, Accreditation Assessments.We strongly encourage applicants from all life experiences and backgrounds to apply.
