Sutherland Dianella HHN is looking for a passionate and motivated Outside School Hours Care Coordinator to provide engaging services for children in our before and after school care capacity. This is a permanent part-time opportunity for 35:30 hours per week guaranteed, leading a team of Educators at a medium 43 licence capacity service. This is a fantastic opportunity for those experienced in working with children, dedicated to take ownership of an existing great and large service and passionate about development of a team with great support structure provided by the leadership team.Hours are as follows: Monday – Friday, 06:30 – 09:00 AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 02:30 – 6:00 PM (Stay and Play Program) + additional admin hours. You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too!About the roleLeading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.About usPartnering with parents and school communities, our goal is to build brighter futures by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments.
