We're looking for someone who can develop and implement strategies to drive partner acquisition, engagement and revenue, as well as developing and executing marketing plans with our strategic partners. You will be responsible for: - Strategy and Implementation: Oversee the strategy and implementation of partner marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams such as sales, business development, demand generation, and product marketing. - Co-marketing Campaigns: Create and manage integrated co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners, involving content creation, whitepapers, reports, email, social media, and events. - Data Utilization: Use Tracksuit data to identify stories and build presentations for strategic partnership opportunities; leverage analytics to measure and manage the performance of partner marketing activities. - Event Collaboration: Work with strategic partners to identify and execute on event opportunities; develop and implement partner community initiatives including Tracksuit events. - Demand Generation: Develop strategies for increasing awareness and driving demand for Tracksuit with agency partners; manage inbound/outbound demand generation programs across the demand lifecycle. - Agency Partner Engagement: Understand partner motivations and goals to drive engagement; develop content, collateral, and training materials for partner enablement. - Budget Management: Responsible for the management and optimisation of the marketing budget related to partner activities. - Advocacy: Act as the voice of agency and strategic partners, driving new business growth through partner advocacy both internally and externally. That's the role, so who are you? - You've worked in marketing, market research or with consumer brands and understand Tracksuit's unique value proposition - You understand why good branding is critical to a business' success (and why it's important to track that!) - You thrive in fast-paced environments - You're thoughtful, kind and empathetic - collaborative and love learning new things - You're obsessive about customer experience and thrive on understanding customer problems and creating the best solution - You're familiar with marketing technology tools and platforms, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, Hubspot Marketing, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. - You bring 3-5 years of experience in SaaS marketing, with ideally 2 years partner marketing experience. This is preferably in a B2B SaaS environment (although not required) - You show proven success in building co-marketing initiatives with partners and a passion for partner marketing.
