LMS Energy is Australia's largest emissions reducer and the national leader in biogas-to-energy and solar on requires the services of a part-time (0.6-0.8) Payroll Officer in Unley, South Australia.  As part of our team, you will collaborate with the Supervisor - Payroll where your role will primarily involve processing company payroll on a weekly and fortnightly basis.  Why LMS Energy? Our commitment to you Health and wellbeing  options that provide individualised and flexible work arrangements, including the opportunity to work from home, weekly wellbeing hour and access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  Learning and development  in supportive team environment with professional, safety and technical training opportunities and growth pathways.  Community impact  with participation in various charitable activities and volunteering opportunities using a Give Back Day.  Leave entitlements , including prorated long-service leave, study leave and employer-paid parental leave.  Rewards and recognition  for length of service and cultural and safety excellence.  Responsibilities: Process payroll on a fortnightly basis (270 employees)  Reconcile and submit Single Touch Payroll (STP) to ATO after each payroll process Process payroll reports Prepare payroll information to outsourced payroll provider for New Zealand payroll (12 employees) Review onboarding documentation and onboard new employees in the payroll system Process allowances, terminations and bonuses Reconcile superannuation monthly ready for payment Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, including Child Support Payments and Parental Leave Payments Liaise with management and employees regarding payroll and leave enquiries Maintain and review updates in the payroll system Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures Requirements: A minimum of 3+ years experience processing end to end payroll ELMO and Technology One Experience is desirable Understanding of payroll compliance and practices Strong time management and organisational skills Attention to detail and an ability to multi-task We are continuously searching for passionate individuals that value the environment, have a caring outlook, and want to work towards a brighter future.
