(TAM) team is looking for a Performance and Compliance Leader working on major health
construction project. based in Frankston. You will take the lead in overseeing the development of
Operating Term Documentation preparing for the Facilities Management (FM)
operations phase of the project. This project evolves from the Mobilisation phase
and into operations. Experience working
in a Public Private Partnership Environment (PPP) will be highly regarded.Key Responsibilities:Development of performance monitoring process to ensure contract complianceDevelopment of Operating Term Documentation in accordance with contract requirementsLiaison with the project team including design consultants, the builder and key project stakeholders to develop operational proceduresEffective communications with stakeholders, including the client, contractors and hospital teamsThorough reporting and tracking of progress to ensure Mobilisation and Operational phase obligations are metKey Experience & Capabilities:You will demonstrate the ability to work in complex contracts, and have highly developed problem-solving and process development skillsA great communicator – you will be able to lead conversations and tease out key points for action or integration into our documentationA background managing complex performance and compliance systems would be beneficial in developing and maintaining the required contract systemsSomeone who can anticipate – you’ll get to know your site and contract intimately and this will help you anticipate and manage issues to ensure they do not become problemsWell organized – you will approach your work methodically, and you will be able to report on the progress of any job quickly and efficiently.
