We are seeking experienced Planning Engineers to join our team in various locations around Australia including FIFO projects, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne as well as our India office in Mumbai.
We are seeking experience in civil construction, mining, SMP and oil & gas.
Opportunities exist for both immediate start and upcoming projects.

What can you expect? As an experienced planning professional, we do not believe in providing you a shopping list of standard tasks straight from a PD. Sure, some of your deliverables will be as expected – tender planning, baseline programs, resource management, reporting, delay analysis, claims management and so on; what we are really looking for is:
Ability to lead, act as a mentor and work collaboratively with those around you Provide value planning through consultation and engagement Exceptional communication skills; talk and engage with those around and lead our clients on the ONECORE journey Track and report – know exactly where the progress is in relation to the plan and be able to talk to it when required Develop strong relationships and work closely with our international Mumbai office SME. Someone who knows their stuff within the civil construction field – earthworks, roads, bridges, structures and buildings, preparation of EOT claims etc. We are also looking for planners with experience in mining, SMP and oil & gas projects. Experience in other industries is a bonus and we'll have opportunities to leverage your experience there also. Technical skills – proficient in Primavera P6 with a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering A positive attitude and drive to exceed client expectations We are also seeking experienced Cost Engineers and Cost Controllers to join our team in various locations around Australia including FIFO projects, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne as well as our India office in Mumbai.
Reporting to the Project Commercial Manager, a key focus of your role will include:
Setting up project budgets Interfacing with the project team, estimators and planners Managing the cost control function on designated projects in alignment with the project cost control processes and procedures Utilising the company's standard cost control software Opportunities exist for both immediate start and upcoming projects.
What we're looking for: Experience in civil construction including earthworks, roads, bridges, structures and buildings. We are also looking for cost engineers / cost controllers with experience in mining, SMP and oil & gas Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal skills Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in the use of PRISM, other cost control software and Microsoft Office, in order to manage the entire cost control function on the project What can we offer you?
