About the Role
You will be responsible for the management of retiremetn villages, predomiantly across Melbournes south eastern suburbs and across Gippsland. You will be managing an impressive retirement village portfolio, with an approach to service delivery that is consumer-centred and aims to provide safe, affordable and secure village living for retired persons. The role includes managing sales and applicant enquiries, undertaking operational processes for resident entry and exit and overseeing ongoing village management services, managing finances and budgets. The position ensures high quality customer service to all retirement village residents in village across southern and eastern Melbourne and Gippsland. Travel across Melbourne's SE suburbs is required and access to a pool/fleet car is available, or alternately, you can use your own car with a generous travel allowance. You will be travelling to the Gippsland region x4 per year on average. There is a high degree of flexibility in this role, with a hybrid workplace, allowing for the week to be split between remote working, office based and site visits.
About you
As an experienced manager of retirement village portfolio's, you will have prior experience in community management or business management, and a sound knowledge of the Community Aged Care sector. You will hold qualifications aligned to this role with a focus on business management, and hold a full Victorian drivers licence, be fully vaccinated and willing to undertake a police check.
