Insight is currently seeking an experienced Practice Leader to head up our dedicated and passionate Apps & Integration team.

About the position:
We are looking for a Practice Leader - Microsoft Cloud Applications and Integration, to lead our West Coast practice across Perth and Adelaide.
The Practice Leader is a key role within the Professional Services leadership team and will own the business planning, go to market strategy and execution of all relevant operations within the portfolio. You will set clear goals with measurable KPIs to drive business growth and align your practice strategies to the broader company’s business plans and vision for the future.
Role Responsibilities:
- Operational / Strategic Planning – Working collaboratively with the Regional Directors, CTO, and Sales Leaders to define and execute the business plan for the practice.
- Customer Business Development - Working in collaboration with our extensive sales team to ensure continued growth of the practice.
- Sales Enablement (Sales collateral, Presales, and Bid management)
- Partner Relationship Management – Driving new business leads and enhancing Go-to-Market capabilities.
- People Management (Including hiring, upskilling and performance management)
- Resource and Capability Management – Maintain an accurate view of your team’s current capacity/capability and plan for future demand.
- Quality Management – Define, adopt and promote best practice standards, frameworks and guidelines to ensure consistency and high quality client outcomes and delivery processes.
- Community Engagement – Championing participation in Events, Conferences, User Groups, Blogs etc.
Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in a consulting/professional services organisation, servicing enterprise level customers.
- Experience within a practice leadership role, including the responsibility for the go-to-market, team management and P&L activities.
- In depth understanding of application and integration solutions.
- Ability to drive the solution sales, presales and new business development with Exec level stakeholders.
- Ability to build solid relationships with our key partners, such as Microsoft.
