About the Role:
WorkPac is currently seeking a skilled Project Administrator to join our client's team, based in either Port Hedland or Dampier. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, totaling 38 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately. While the initial estimated end date is set for 3 months, there is a possibility of extension based on project needs. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative and project management skills to contribute to our client's projects in the Pilbara region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace, prioritizing mental health and wellbeing.
Assist in the development and review of systems to ensure compliance with codes and legal requirements.
Aid in processing cost/time variation claims and work orders, managing them through TechOne software.
Coordinate meeting arrangements and maintain project records.
Manage distribution of project documentation and maintain document control registers.
Provide general administrative support to the Engineering team and fulfill additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated experience and success in project administration and project control in a comparable role.
Proven success at coordinating the document control requirements for multiple projects including records management and the management of technical drawings.
Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and liaise appropriately with stakeholders.
A high level of competency at utilising Microsoft software (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) and databases.
Ability to multi-task and work independently across multiple projects at any given time.
