Based in our Perth office the Project & Communications Officer works closely with the Mid West Project Manager & engineers to provide administrative support. This critical role will be busy and varied within this professional environment. The Project Manager will regularly direct you.As the Project & Communications Officer your tasks will include the following:Coordinate travel, mobilisation and demobilisation activities, including bookings from Perth to regional areas, mainly the Mid WestCreate and disseminate promotional media to targeted audiences for the benefit of the Mid West ProjectProactively identify stakeholders, and manage communications to stakeholders to ensure that they are fully engaged and informedProject reporting, billing and invoicingAssist with maintenance of administrative, project control and document control systems as well as other administrative tasksAbout YouYou will be a highly self-motivated individual, ideally with strong communications and administrative experience in a Project Delivery environment and bring to the role:ability to learn, assess problems, and identify potential solutionsability to quickly learn and use new softwarestrong skills with Excel, Word, Photoshop, graphic software or equivalentability to clearly communicate with stakeholdersThe new Verbrec brand represents our evolution and continued growth by leveraging emerging techniques and technologies for the benefit of our clients.
