MAYDAY is thrilled to embark on a collaborative journey with a Global insurance company, in the quest for multiple Property Claims Advisors.
No prior claims experience is necessary; instead, we're actively seeking individuals who personify authenticity, proactivity, and enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer experiences.
Successful candidates will play a pivotal position in managing property claims end to end, offering support to individuals navigating losses amid catastrophic events like fires, flooding, or property damage.
Our client is offering a 3-month temporary role with the opportunity to extend. Working Holiday Visas are welcome to apply for this role.
The role is fast-paced, involving frequent phone interactions with customers in their time of need, addressing challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
As a Property Claims Advisors, you are at the core of ensuring exceptional customer care and satisfaction! Your role is crucial in fostering customer relationships, ensuring customer retention, and handling every inquiry with professionalism and empathy.

Duties
Handle a large volume of customer phone calls in a fast-paced environment. Work through customer concerns and provide assistance. Oversee property claims from initiation to resolution. Work closely with builders in the claims process. Manage a portfolio of claims, with the workload determined by volume. Address and manage confrontational situations effectively. Make confident and informed decisions regarding claims. Draft and issue denial letters when necessary. Resolve conflicts that may arise during the claims process. Make determinations on the outcome of each claim. Address and overcome objections from various stakeholders. Manage and navigate overwhelming situations with composure. Handle claims involving significant losses such as homes, fires, flooding, and lost property with sensitivity and empathy.

Ability to provide patience, empathy and understanding to each customer's situation. You care about customers and prioritise their needs. Adaptability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Ability to manage customers in stressful situations. Collaborative mindset, willing to pitch in as a team player. Outstanding interpersonal skills, particularly a strong sense of empathy. Tech-savvy with a quick grasp of new systems.
