Position Details About the roleSouth West Healthcare's Hospital Outreach Post-suicidal Engagement (HOPE) Program is seeking applications from experienced Psychiatric Enrolled Nurses to join their multi-disciplinary team. The PEN position provides recovery orientated and trauma informed mental health assessment and treatment to consumers, family and carers across the South West Mental Health catchment and surrounding regions.The role delivers treatment and care to consumers engaged with the HOPE Program to help resolve or relieve emotional distress and participating in community consultation, awareness and psycho-education activities under the supervision of the manager.
