Psychologist (Multiple Positions) - South East Region South East Region, Early Childhood and State Schools Division Are you passionate about children and young people's mental health? Are you interested in joining a growing team of Psychologists based in state schools across the South-East Region? We are looking for Psychologists, both part-time and full-time, to join our dynamicand innovative Wellbeing Workforce South East Region team to provide support to young people enrolled in State Schools across the South East Region. The successful candidates will provide quality school-based mental health care to students, their support networksand the broader school community. The Wellbeing Workforce Psychologists work within the school environment and with the school team, under the leadership and guidance of regional office-based clinical supervisors, to maximise the optimum care for students. The Wellbeing Workforce in the South East Region is a growing team passionate about helping students from Prep to Year 12 with their mental health needs. We provide individual therapy, early intervention, group programs, and psycho-education. The Wellbeing Workforce Psychologist will: Provide high level clinical skills (mental health assessment, planning, coordination and interventions) in the management of students presenting with mild to moderate mental health issues in an education setting. Work autonomously within the broader Wellbeing Workforce Psychology team Be an active member of the school team in regards to promoting student's mental health Actively participate in professional and multidisciplinary team meetings including referral meeting and group supervision Develop clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning within the team and by engaging in professional development activities including completing and maintaining mandatory training requirements, participating in performance appraisal and development plans.
