We are looking for an established Recruiter or senior level Retailer (State/Area Manager) who has a genuine passion and understanding of the luxury and designer fashion industry.You will apply recruitment methodology with your comprehensive understanding of the industry and drivers for professional development. You will gain insight into Australia's leading fashion & retail businesses through market research, interviewing and seek out referrals.Proactive reach outs – building up talent pools of fashion and lifestyle candidatesAccount Management of client base – building relationship through key touchpointsMaintenance and upload of candidate information on JobAdder – regular talent update to maintain data integrityPosting Job advertisements – identifying the most relevant platform to connect with professionalsEthical and comprehensive interviewing of candidates to understand their career trajectory and career goalsSuccessfully matching candidates to roles and companies – you will showcase a strong sense of understanding of brand alignment and role accountabilityShortlisting candidates – alongside of prompt engaging and disengaging of candidatesOffer negotiation and influencing to successfully fill rolesAd-hoc administration and eventsThe Skillset|Ideally based in Sydney but open to Melbourne – you love working with people, you are intuitive and a natural problem solver. You are flexible, dynamic and are known for your ability to drive results and create momentum.
