Travel expectations:50%+ including overnight travelYour ImpactThe Director & Head of Australia & New Zealand is responsible for managing a team of sales, sales engineers, customer success and technical that sell the Axon product line of less lethal weapons and software solutions to public safety agencies and growing Axon's business as a whole in across Australia & New Zealand. We strive to create an environment where people can succeed and enjoy coming to work every day.What You’ll DoManage a team of sales professionals and grow revenue, market share and to maximisecustomer satisfaction and achieve Axon’s strategic objectivesDevelop and maintain client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growthDevelop and execute account strategy by collaborating with account team to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositionsLead strategic meetings with senior officials to drive higher level relationshipsPartner with local Government Affairs, Product Team and your sales team to win new marketsWork with and bring in experts/specialists where requiredOversee all account activitiesResponsible for forecasting, keep management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion, gather intelligence on competitor activity, and give feedback to marketingTrack customer activity in internal systems in order to execute on account strategy and identify additional opportunitiesOwn account relationship and drive overall customer satisfaction for assigned accountsWhat You Bring15+ years of demonstrated successful customer facing Software or Technical Sales Experience15+ years of demonstrated leadership of sales teams10+ years’ experience managing a book of business of Major Accounts Solution or consultative sales experienceAble to travel 50% + of your month including overnight travelData management experience using Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRMStartup experience & some vertical experienceAble to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offeringsTeam Player: collaborate with various team members regularlyReady to drive the territory and your team#J-18808-Ljbffr
