The palliative care team at Moree Community Health includes a clinical nurse consultant 2 and an Aboriginal Health Worker. Where you'll be working Moree Palliative Care Unit provides outpatient and/or inpatient support to palliative care clients across Moree, Mungindi, Boggabilla, Toomelah and Warialda.
