We are currently seeking an individual to fill the role of Reliability Engineer across Brewing and Packaging. Based at our sites in Fremantle and O'Connor WA, this is a permanent, full-time role working a standard 38-hour work week, Monday-Friday.
You will drive and support the implementation of the Lion Asset Care Strategy and deliver improvement in AC/AM across our operational sites to achieve superior asset availability and operational performance.
Here are some of the things you'll be responsible for in this role: Drive plant and asset availability in collaboration with stakeholders and the operational sites Lead the deployment of the Asset Care Strategy through the operational sites and key engineering leaders to optimise and deliver best practice performance and costs. Embed our SAP EAM system & processes. Analyse and use operational data to drive focus and improvement. Implement best practice reliability and engineering systems. Support the development implementation of the technical capability (AC/AM) roadmap for Reliability teams including maintenance planning and execution. Assist the development and deployment of the strategy for Total Asset Management Support the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program including defect and tag management activities.
What kind of knowledge and experience are we looking for? Tertiary qualification in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
