About the Role Following the implementation of our Santos Regional Model, Santos has multiple new Information Systems opportunities available in Adelaide. This position reports to the Subsurface Application Manager and is responsible for the successful delivery of all applications in the Reservoir Engineer business application service portfolio. These are primarily centred around, Schlumberger, Petex, 3ESI, Rock Flow Dynamics vendor toolsets. Accountabilities are delivered in line with the Santos company values and Santos Management System (SMS). Key accountabilities include: Manage internal and external stakeholders ensuring expectations are aligned and application of the correct policies and procedures. Apply innovative thinking in area of expertise through industry and company knowledge - develop, advise, recommend and deliver plans aligning to the company's strategy Oversee Santos' Managed Services Provider to ensure that they are providing contracted services as per expectations Advocate change and foster performance culture to achieve desired culture outcomes. About YouTo be successful in this role, we are seeking for professionals with the following essential work experience: Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills. Experience in managing vendors across multiple projects and BAU service activities. Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing IS contracts and ensuring delivery of agreed service levels. Proficient in development and maintenance of IS strategies and roadmaps for the portfolio of services. Desirable experience for this role includes: Good technical background with experience in obtaining technical support and services. Experienced in providing application implementation and on-going maintenance services with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, UI Path, Boomi, SSIS and data archival. Previous experience in cost management and skilled in budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning. ITIL certification is preferred. Ideally, you have a degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in IT or demonstrate significant training and experience within directly relevant role(s), within large corporate environments.
