**Location**
This iconic Resort is situated between the renowned Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest in Tropical North Queensland.
The resort comprises 295 guest rooms, suites and villas.
**Department:**
+ Inspire and coach associates to deliver exceptional service for guests.
+ Deliver food and beverage to guests.
+ Conduct daily briefings and associate reviews.
+ Have good knowledge of the food and beverage menus.
+ Responsible for the venue training.
+ Know the operating hours of all food and beverage outlets.
+ Greet all guests with a smile and have fun at work
+ Have a good understanding of POS.
+ Ensure that the liquor, tobacco and licensing laws are abided by and understand the correct procedures for handling an intoxicated and underage guest.
+ Ensure associates follow procedures for correct sequence of service.
+ Greet and acknowledge guests every time.
+ Closely monitor quality and presentation of all food and beverages, quality of service and the guest experience
+ Ensure that your work area is kept clean at all times.
+ Responsible for completing stock requisitions
+ Show due care of all equipment, report maintenance issues.
+ Responsible for daily payroll approvals.
**Professional Experience:**
+ Minimum 12 months in a similar role.
+ Experience in an international standard 4 or 5 star Hotel (desirable)
**Certificates:**
+ RSA Certificate essential (essential if working in Food and Beverage).
