Be Worthy of Trust Be Human Centric Have a Growth Mindset Qualifications Proven success as a sales and business development leader in enterprise sales. Experience in HR and Finance areas preferred. Experience positioning and selling professional services engagements and software solutions. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies appropriate for each type of solution and customer persona. Track record building collaborative and synergistic partner relationships with software vendors and leveraging their strengths to the benefit of both parties. Knowledgeable about the enterprise software space and understand the value propositions of solutions such as Workday, SAP, Salesforce, and more. Understand the value propositions of emerging low-code solutions such as Zudy and Workato. Understand how integrations and workflow automation solutions are essential to enable enterprise business processes. Love communicating with new prospects as well as existing clients. You understand each interaction is an opportunity to listen and learn. Able to establish high-trust working relationships remotely. Strong written and oral communication skills, including writing proposals, statements of work, and other contractual documents.
