Founded in 2007, Linkforce started with a small crew of shutdown specialists and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,800 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide. Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking FIFO Rope Access Leading Hands and Supervisors to join our Vertical Services division. This role is an integral part of our Shutdown Leadership personnel who are responsible for undertaking planned rope access activities in maintenance, shutdown and project work on fixed plant mining equipment, in accordance with scope requirements. THE ROLE As a Rope Access Leading Hand or Supervisor you will be responsible for: Overseeing rope access works to ensure all are completed to the client and company specifications Leading a team of trade and non-trade personnel to accomplish key deliverables Liaising with Linkforce clients and site-based personnel Planning and scheduling work and labour requirements Monitoring progress against the work schedule Recording and monitoring team members performance, provide mentorship, and address issues where necessary Incident investigation and reporting Supervise and conduct visual inspections of work to ensure it meets required standards and client specifications (QA/QC).
