Position Overview
Our Sales Representatives provide specialist support and machinery recommendations based on customer needs and individual operations, working with current industry trends, predicting sales requirements and continually expanding your knowledge of the John Deere product and the agricultural industry within the Finley region.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Selling a broad range of agricultural equipment including Tractors, Sprayers, Harvesters, Seeders and Mowers
- Being customer focused and continually be able to exceed their expectations
- Maintaining knowledge of financing options to assist with the purchase of goods
- Attending training days and continually keep up to date on product knowledge to stay ahead of the game
- Maintaining and develop new and existing customer partnerships
- Providing superior customer service to exceed your customer’s expectations and needs, with exceptional communication skills, problem solving and conflict resolution ability
The Ideal Candidate should have:
- A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
- High quality selling and follow up skills with a strong customer focus
- A current and valid manual driver’s license
- Can follow safe work environment procedures and operations
Desirable Qualities:
- An understanding of farm machinery would be an advantage, but not essential
- Honesty and integrity
- The ability to work flexible hours
- Strong ability to work in a team and independently
- Drive for continuous improvement
