We have an exciting -month fixed term opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our Delegat Australia National Administration Team covering a period of parental leave commencing early May.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow your administration & finance experience. Working in our national administration team, based in Botany, you will be responsible for providing a high level of support to our on-road sales team whilst also being responsible for some key finance related tasks.
Key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to:
Manage the sales ordering process for our field sales teams Manage the loaded discounts process Complete all invoice and claims administration Manage all debtors, ensuring compliance to payment terms Complete all month end reporting and tasks Manage equipment allocation & requests Be the first point of contact for our business and conduct all reception duties and courier requests The ideal candidate will have:
Previous administration experience of at least 2 years in a medium to large organisation. Have strong attention to detail, communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrates a ‘winning together’ mindset by understanding the perspectives of others. Creating a positive team culture, managing emotions and maintaining strong bonds.
