This dynamic role operates within the fast-paced and evolving real estate market, collaborating within a dedicated team of three. Avail yourself of extensive coaching and mentorship from the Director and an accomplished Sales Representative.
Duties, but not limited to
Initiate new business opportunities for the Lead Agent through diverse prospecting channels (telephone outreach, direct mail, in-person canvassing) Cultivate enduring relationships, surpassing customer experience expectations Provide instrumental support to the team through ad hoc sales responsibilities Candidate requirements
Possess a valid Real Estate Sales Registration Previous sales experience, preferably within the real estate industry Demonstrate an assertive, disciplined work ethic Display motivation, energy, and determination in building a career in real estate
