The purpose of this role is to develop Market & Customer approach for NSW region with ongoing sales development and customer relationships.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing Market and Customer approach, ongoing Sales development and ensure that company operation and cost efficiencies are obtained, quality and safety standards are achieved and customer delivery deadlines are met.In this role, you will be:Searching for new customers who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regionsFocus on Factory Automation sales to achieve sales targets.Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunitiesDeveloping long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirementsAvailability to travel as when needed.Persuading customers that a product best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and deliveryNegotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needsCalculating customer quotations and administering customer accountsProviding pre-sales technical assistance and product education and after-sales support servicesReporting and analyzing Sales & costsMeeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projectsProviding training and producing support material for other members of the sales teamSupporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing eventsMaking technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets customer needsLiaising with other members of the sales team and other technical expertsHelping in the design of custom-made productsRegular visits to customer sitesQualificationsTo be successful you will have:Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent experienceExperience in automation sales, automated machinery, conveyors and production lines is desirable Experience in Industrial Automation, including Electric Drives and Controls.
