About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Representative who thrives equally on autonomy and being part of our awesome Maytronics VIC team as we work together in a fast paced and growing global organisation.
You’ll be on the road in your fully maintained company vehicle, connecting with your customers in the South Eastern Suburbs including the Peninsula.
We’ll teach you about the products and bring you up to speed so that you can build positive relationships with your customers who have industry longevity. Your transferrable skills combined with your knack of developing relationships will see you adapt swimmingly.

Requirements
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing, managing, and maintaining our existing Dealers as well as developing new business across multiple channels.
- Strategically growing existing Authorised Dealer and Builder Networks by implementing the National Sales, Water Treatment and Marketing plans.
- Proactively identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Participating in trade shows and conferences.
Your experience includes:
- Minimum of 2 years Business to Business Account Management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to grow sales through new business.
- Proven history of achieving sales growth through supporting & maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Effective communication, presentation, organisational and time management skills.
- Solid relationship development and account management skills.
- Honest, reliable, and credible in your business approach.
- CRM experience, such as Salesforce or similar.
- Confident, friendly and have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
