Job DescriptionThe Senior Account Director will be responsible for working closely with the Head of Client Services in the ongoing strategic development, execution and management of Brand, Retail Experience and Promotional Campaigns. This role is a 12-month parental leave cover.
What you’ll be doing
Responsible for overseeing brand, retail experience and event project management and business
Initiate project with client briefing and organize team internally and with suppliers
Manage, concept and designs development and present to client
Manage project in cost management, planning, concept, design, technical, procurement, production, logistics, and maintenance/operation
Manage Team Financials: forecasting, budgeting, invoicing and anything related
Liaise with client and account team to establish program requirements and objectives including obtaining briefs for retail, brand and experiential projects
Manage all direct reports and resource allocation
Manage and maintain strategic overview of account, and proactively advise client on new issues and resolution options
About You
Previous retail, print and experiential project management experience within a marketing agency or team (preferred)
Strong marketing planning and execution knowledge
Strong knowledge and expertise in project management for brand experience & events
Experience in managing planning, concept, production, logistics, staffing, operations, for event project
Exceptional local knowledge of event management in Australia
