You will be the driving force that keeps this top-performing team's day in order. This role will see you utilise your administration, organisational and relationship management skills daily. Your tasks are as below but not limited to:
Preparation and execution of contracts
Provide knowledge of legislation
Assisting with promotional material, ordering signs and brochures
Marketing and advertising as required
Event coordination as required
Database management
Executive assistant duties for the Principal
As the ideal candidate you will have
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
A strong knowledge of legislation
Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
The ability to work pro-actively and independently
Be enthusiastic and driven
Previous 2 years experience within Sales & Contracts Administration in Real Estate, must be confident with tasks.
