About the role: As a Senior Consultant, you will be working in a Social Change Agency, managing projects, delivering community engagement, providing strategic & cultural advice to clients, delivering strategies and reporting. This opportunity will see you leading & supporting delivery of the team's projects across communications and creativity, health and healing, and being as accountable to the community as you are clients. This role will require regular travel across Australia. Core responsibilities: Supporting the delivery of major project reports for government, corporate and NGO clients Delivering reporting and recommendations, presentations Undertaking interviews and providing analysis Undertaking research – qualitative and quantitative Writing entire strategies – what channels, content, Peak Bodies engaged Drive new business development, responding to briefs, pitching, writing tenders Commercial management of projects and broader team profitability A bit about you: Passionate about driving social change in partnerships with First Nations communities You will be a team player, who enjoys working in a small Aboriginal business and in genuine partnership with Aboriginal communities. Excellent understanding of indigenous affairs with ability to provide strategic advisory for corporate enterprise An excellent ability in stakeholder engagement and an ability to influence decisions Excellent organisational, research and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail Ability to prioritise the competing demands of multiple projects within agreed timeframes Commitment to drive social change and inclusion for First Nations peoples and a demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality respecting cultural knowledge and protocols.
