The Role
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Senior HRBP) is responsible for implementation of all HR processes, policies, procedures and practices and ensuring ongoing alignment to Novigi’s core strategic priority of ensuring Novigi is a Great Place to Work.
Responsibilities
The Senior HRBP will be part of the wider Corporate Services team and will be supported by a Human Resources Coordinator. The key responsibilities of the role include:
● Implementation of the HR strategies and initiatives.
● Supporting managers on all people leadership matters, including business change and transformation.
Supporting Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment and selection process
● Employee lifecycle:
Overseeing the onboarding process.
Monitoring probationary period and ensuring performance appraisals are up to date
Overseeing grievance procedures, performance management, exit management.
● Performance management and career development:
Be the “go-to” and “champion/advocate” for the people and performance review cycles
Monitoring the use of Employment Hero development tools and working with the various teams to ensure goals, one-on-ones are completed
Co-ordinating the bi-annual performance review cycle
Reviewing performance review data and highlight interesting insights etc.
● Remuneration and benefits:
Monitoring industry salary trends
Supporting the remuneration review and promotion process.
Monitoring probationary periods and any remuneration increases required.
Management of the HRIS.
Developing, reviewing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Experience
● Minimum 5 years’ broad generalist experience
● A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources or a related discipline
● Strong relationship building and business partnering skills.
● Strong recruitment and talent sourcing skills
● Strong communication skills and a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence
● A high level of organisational skills including the ability to prioritise competing demands.
