About the role We are currently recruiting for two Senior Identity and Access Management Analysts to join our Digital Services team.As Senior Identity and Access Management Analyst will take a technical leadership role in utilising the management of access and identity controls to Essential Energy's environments. The role is accountable for ensuring optimal confidentiality, integrity and access to enterprise information and data by Essential Energy employees and appropriate parties.This role can be based anywhere within Essential Energy's operational footprint, with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment. About You As a seasoned IT professional with a passion for technical excellence, your detailed knowledge of systems management processes, coupled with your ability to work within SLAs, will be instrumental in ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT environment. Experience: Proven skills in managing stakeholders across IT operational and technical teams. Demonstrated experience provisioning and managing controls within identity and access management services. Working knowledge of current and emerging technologies in the identity and access management sphere. Familiarity with Australian government ISM and PSPF frameworks, as well as information security risk management aligned with ISO 27001/270. Bonus points for experience in: directory service rationalisation, including AD migration and domain consolidations. And Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance Application (IGA) Skills: Strong leadership and people management abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service focus. Analytical thinking and problem-solving prowess. Adept at accepting responsibilities and delivering outcomes aligned with team objectives. Organisational and time management skills to thrive under pressure and meet business targets. Effective stakeholder management across IT and the broader organisation. Proficiency in computer operations and relevant business systems. Required Qualifications Advanced Diploma of Information Technology or Business or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
