As **Senior Marketing Manager, Executive Experience, ANZ** , you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how we engage with executives across the region and deliver exceptional, innovative experiences that influence pipeline in key accounts.

**Your key responsibilities will include:**
+ Aligning with APJ executive marketing leadership, and ANZ marketing leadership team, you will design and develop 1:1 and 1:few innovative executive experience strategies for key accounts in the region
+ You will be directly responsible for delighting ANZ executives with innovative and impactful, VMware-led experiences that help us gain access to power
+ Partnering closely with the APJ Executive Audience and ABX team, you will scale and localise programs in line with the needs of the ANZ enterprise business
+ Interlocking with stakeholders across other marketing functions, you will advocate for the needs of the executive persona
+ Developing quarterly , 1:1 and 1:few executive experience programs, you will interlock as a contributor in the quarterly marketing and sales plan handshakes
+ Successfully executing (including budgeting and goal setting) strategic executive experience programs in ANZ and reporting at a regular cadence on performance stakeholders across the business
+ Working alongside the enterprise marketing team to ensure that all relevant business and sales stakeholders are well-enabled on executive experience programs
