Play an integral role in the onboarding, mobilisation, and roster coordinator of personnel for our Heavy Lift team as a Senior Mobilisation Coordinator. This role is working in a close-knit team based in our Victoria Park head office. Responsibilities: Work closely with the heavy lift operations and your team to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employee Assist the Team Lead in managing the Mobilisation Team Collaborate with other team members to deliver appropriate staffing levels within a dynamic environment Re-scheduling and adapting rostering changes, ensuring communication of changes to site and operational team Working with very high volumes of mobilisation of workforce employees within a fast turnaround timeframe Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders Preparing and maintaining accurate information and correspondence Reporting to effectively manage compliance Experience: Rostering/crewing, recruitment, or site administration role within the resources sector Talent pool suitable employees for trade-based opportunities within a shutdown environment Time management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Able to demonstrate well-developed communication and interpersonal skills Advanced computer skills, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite Strong problem-solving ability and a team focused mentality Benefits of working with Monadelphous: Employee assistance program Salary packaging Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, and we live by our promise: The safe way is the only way.
