About the position
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant/Team Leader to join our Aged Care Team. This is an exciting full-time role for a passionate, enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for maintaining, growing and leading the Aged Care Division.
Key Responsibilities:
End to End Recruitment for temporary and permanent vacancies through various means, including Seek Talent Search, Database Searching, LI Recruiter, and other means as required
Manage and enhance relationships with established client contacts, including phone/email communication and face to face meetings
Build and maintain new client relationships through lead generation and business development
Oversee the daily running of the division, working closely with the Rostering Coordinator to understand rostering and allocation requirements
Build and maintain the candidate pool for casual allocation of shifts - Support Workers, Registered Nurses etc.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will be a high performing individual, with experience in the recruitment industry preferably within the Aged Care or Community sector.
Previous experience managing a desk with successful business generation.
Previous experience as a Recruiter within an agency environment
Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment
Experience within the Aged Care, NDIS industries would be highly advantageous
Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
