The Opportunity:Join our Build, Run & Repair team as we manage the construction and delivery of our $500 million-dollar greenfield site development. This critical role will be providing expert advice, and a 'helicopter view' across the program of work. You will highlight dependencies between projects and programs, reporting on progress and helping the team to achieve key milestones. Recycling is an important weapon against climate change and the technology employed in our new Yatala glass plant will help enable Australia to go from an average of 30% recycled glass content in bottles to 70%, moving towards world's-best practice. About the role: Support the creation and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule/sIssue regular forecasts (7days, 2wk, 4wk look-ahead) as requiredDevelop work schedules (Master and Detailed) to ensure timely delivery of works and meeting of project KPIs.Regularly update active project schedules on agreed cycle, typically issuing weekly Cost and resource loading of schedules. Perform What-If scenarios as required, critical path and milestone analysis. Perform schedule health check to meet the highest planning standards. Extension of time analysis determining time impacts and incorporating early warning notices into current schedules. Develop new schedule options as required. Approve and document changes to the schedule. Early diagnosis of issues, project trends, evaluation of productivity and benchmarking. To be considered you must have: Minimum 7 years in relevant complex infrastructure project development and delivery. Proficient in Primavera software applications Extensive planning / scheduling experience complex large brown and green field industrial projects from concept through to commissioning. Project management systems experienceExperience with facilitation of planning workshops to assess team objectives and interdependencies across the program. Leadership experience, both managing people and overseeing delivery teams responsible for large programs of work. Extensive experience using scheduling tools and knowledge planning, scheduling, resource management and financial management. Knowledge and application of project management methodologies. Keen analytical eye for detail and the ability to identify weaknesses in schedule design and setup. Reporting of status, deliverable progress, risks, issues, and constraints as required. Assertiveness and ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders at different levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
