You will workacross a wide variety of projects and further develop your skills and leadership expertise with thesupport of the Geotechnics team from around the country.About the RoleDevelop engineering geology/geotechnical engineering business opportunities within PDP’sexisting and new clientsManage geotechnical projects (foundations, slope stability, dams, service corridors andquarrying)Plan, write and review technical reports and provide input into engineering designContract management including cost estimating, tender and contract preparation, and construction managementWork across other work groups at PDP, in particular, contaminated land, water infrastructureand water resourcesWork with a range of clients from local authorities to private companiesLiaise with regulators and other relevant bodiesWhat You'll BringDegree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology (or equivalent)Minimum 3-10 years experience as a Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering geologist (experience with a professional consultancy is preferred)Ideally Charted Professional Engineer/Engineering Geologist status with Engineering NewZealandStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven Leadership skillsCreative thinking to find innovative solutions for our clientsWhat We OfferAt PDP, we believe a great company is built by great people.
