About the Role:
We are currently seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist for a community role in East Melbourne.
In a collaborative team environment, use your expertise to deliver Speech Therapy services to individuals at home and within the community. Enjoy a diverse caseload with the opportunity to work across the lifespan, with both NDIS and private clients. Where you treat clients will be based on their needs, and will include their homes, schools and day centres. You will have the opportunity to tailor the caseload to suit your clinical interests and expertise. Manage your own caseload to suit your lifestyle, with options for flexible hours and weekend working. Complete notes and telehealth reviews from home, or head into the office in East Melbourne.

About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology with SPA membership
- Enthusiastic about empowering individuals with disabilities and their families
- NDIS experience preferred
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Own car and driver’s license
- Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and First Aid training
- Open to applicants requiring sponsorship
