The exciting opportunity: Newly created role to help drive service growth and manage and mentor Speech Pathologists Report into the passionate and experienced Therapy Service Manager who has his own caseload, and is able to relate to your experiences Design the role to suit you - option to work part time or full time Build productive relationships with external stakeholders, promoting the organisation and its services, to increase client numbers Create a new graduate program to attract Speech Pathologists and help them succeed in their roles Deliver and review services to ensure they meet the community's and client needs Be involved in continuous improvement by contributing to the review and updating of policies and procedures to meet best practice Manage a small case load – conduct assessments and design individualised care plans to empower clients What makes this great: Specialise in areas that interest you and lead passion projects Minimal travel - only provide services in the local community and work from home up to 3 days a week Role filled with variety – manage staff, grow services, have a small case load and be involved in quality improvement Join a provider who value and cherish your experience and perspective Opportunity to receive training to become a PBS Practitioner if that is of interest Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice Up to $115k + super + salary packaging + car + retention bonus + paid professional development About you: A qualified Speech Pathologist, experienced in the disability sector and an understanding of the NDIS guidelines Confident, flexible and solutions focused, with a positive and contemporary outlook and the desire to expand service offerings and challenge the status quo Passionate about mentoring and managing junior Speech Pathologists to help them succeed in their role and create an empowered and capable team Personable and able to develop strong rapport and productive relationships with clients, their families, external service providers and colleagues Focused on continuous improvement and best practice and driven to deliver holistic and evidence based care What next:
