Job Description
Our Ports & Marine division in ANZ are a highly specialised team of professionals that provide unique project scope and abilities within the national civil & infrastructure business. This role will have you involved in specialised maritime projects partnering with major clients across the country and you will play a lead role in managing design teams and contributing to the first-class delivery of marine structure projects.
Based out of Perth, our Ports & Marine Team are looking for a Principal Marine Structural Engineer. We are looking for a future leader with strong leadership, project management and technical experience.
What will a day in this role look like:
Provide project and design leadership, including design reviews across AECOM’s ANZ National portfolio of Ports and Marine projects.
Use your experience and communication skills to mentor junior engineers and designers within the business to help them develop their skills.
Use your network and communication skills to assist the Perth Office in winning future projects and further enhancing our presence in the market.
Adhere to our culture of quality and technical excellence when delivering projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications

What are we looking for from you?
Recognised qualification (Associate Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Technology or Similar).
Proven project management and design experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
Track record of technical expertise delivering Ports and Marine projects.
